1985 yılında İstanbul'da doğdum. Sakarya Üniversitesi Turizm Otel İşletmeciliği mezunuyum.2007 yılında Galata Fotoğrafhanesinde Yücel Tunca eğitmenliğinde temel fotoğraf eğitimi aldım.Aynı yıl içerisinde düzenlenen UlisFotoFest (Uluslararası Fotoğraf Festivali)'te görev aldım ve asistanlık yapmaya başladım. Ortaca Festivali,Karaburun Bilim Kongresi, çeşitli üniversitelerde ve fotoğraf kurumlarında fotoğraflarım sergilendi. Fotoğraf Vakfı Galata Fotoğrafhanesi,Yatch Türkiye Dergisi ve Artı90 stüdyoda çalıştım. Şuan çalışmalarımı freelance olarak sürdürmekteyim. Halen Marmara Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Fakültesi Fotoğraf Bölümü'nde okumaktayım.Basın ve Belgesel Fotoğraf alanında seminerlere katılmakta ve Belgesel Fotoğraf alanında üretimlerime de devam etmekteyim.
Sinan Targay was born in Istanbul in 1985. University of Sakarya, He studied Tourism and Hotel Management. He trained for main photography by Yücel Tunca at the Galata Photographer's studio in 2007. He began to work as an assistant in UlisfotoFest ( International Photography Festival ) held in the same year. His photos were exhibited at various universities and institutions of photography such as ''Ortaca Festival, Karaburun Science Congress''. He worked at studio of Photography Foundation in Galata, Turkey Yacht Magazine and Plus90. He keeps continuing his work as a freelancer. Currently studying at University of Marmara Faculties of Fine Arts Department of Photography. He also continues to attend various seminars in the field of press and documentary photos and documentary productions.
